Scouts West

This truck is originally from Sacramento where it served most of it's life on a farm. The owner passed and the son-in-law went there with his wife to liquidate the assets. It was found in the barn, dusty and full of tools and fencing materials. He painted it (original polar white) and reupholstered the interior. It is otherwise original and in excellent condition. It is nearly rust free. I have done lots of work on it: new brake system, new clutch, water pump, radiator, heater core, carburetor, tie rods, numerous gaskets and freeze plugs, both fuel tanks boiled and cleaned new 31X10.5 tires and more. The odometer reads 64,000 mi. and that seems to be right according to service receipts given to me by the owner. Also have the original line set ticket and sales receipt. This truck also spent 5 months in the San Diego Automotive Museum. It is indeed a rare gem and you will not find another one like this. It has a 304 V8, T-419 4 speed trans., T-141 transfer case, 3.54 rear axle gears, factory air cond. upgraded to R-134, power steering and brakes, power rear window, tow package and more. Asking $20,500. Consideration given to Scouts West members as I would like to see it again at IHWR.
