About King of The Hammers:
King of the Hammers is considered the toughest one-day off road race in the world. It is the largest off-road race event in North America in terms of both competitors and spectators. It combines desert racing and rock crawling, and has expanded from one race to a series of 5 races held throughout the week and takes place each February in Johnson Valley, CA.
WHEN:
February 4th-11th 2017
February, 10th (Friday) 2017 is the race. Be there Thursday night or 6AM Friday morning to enjoy the race.

CAMPING:
Camp IH will be located Just East of Hammer Town.
Joe Hartman and I (Jason G) are heading up to KOH February Sat the 4th and will be camping near Hammer Town. We will be making an IH Camp. There is talk that several groups from AZ, Seattle, Bay Area and Scouts West will be camping all together in an IH KOH Camp!
A Pin Drop will be up the weekend before plus we will do our best to mark off the area for Camp.

This is a remote area. It will be cold at night. The weather is never predicable. During the Race on Friday you will not be able to Offroad or use the trails other than the trails to get to the Spectator areas.
